My Go-To Spring Cleaning Products

  • Steam Mop is powerful and effective for removing grease, tough stains, and killing bacteria without harsh chemicals. It is eco-friendly because it just uses high-temperature water vapor to clean and sanitize floors. Be aware that steam mops can only be used on sealed hard floors.
  • Corded Stick Vacuum Cleaner is affordable. It is always one of my favorites when deep cleaning. Consistent strong suction to clean both hard floors and carpet. Unlimited runtime is an advantage when I need to clean the whole house without stopping.
  • Cordless Vacuum Cleaner is lightweight, so it’s easy to use on high surfaces. Without a cord, it’s quick, ready to use, and can easily move between stairs and tight spaces.
  • All-Purpose Cleaner is essential to remove dirt and grease before disinfecting. I use it on most surfaces in our home.
  • Disinfecting Wipes are so convenient to use for killing bacteria and viruses. So, I think keeping them on hand is necessary when deep cleaning.
  • Microfiber Cleaning Cloths are effective for cleaning homes. Dry microfiber cloths are good at trapping dust, and the damp ones are good at removing grease and dirt without leaving lint and streaks.
  • Portable Mattress Vacuum helps simplify the spring cleaning process. The lightweight and cordless design, plus the strong suction, make it easy to use and effective to remove dust, allergens, and dead skin flakes.
  • Carpet and Upholstery Cleaner works great for spot cleaning. You can clean up the tough stains with ease.
  • Duster with Extendable Handle is one of my favorite cleaning tools. We have high ceilings in our home. The extendable handle makes dusting easier. I use it to remove cobwebs, dust from blinds, and any hard-to-reach spots.
  • The Pink Stuff is a cleaning paste good at deep cleaning the kitchen. It removes tough stains and baked-on grease on hard surfaces like stovetops, ovens, pots and pans by applying with a damp cloth. Gently rub on the surfaces, leave for a few minutes, and rinse clean with water. Avoid using it if a surface is delicate.
  • Disposable Gloves protect your skin from chemical burns and reduce the chance of cross-contamination. Of course, you can use reusable cleaning gloves to avoid waste. Just be reminded to use different colors for cleaning different areas.
  • Cleaning Caddy stores all the essential supplies in one place. You just need to carry it from room to room. It helps you to clean faster because you don’t need to go back and forth to grab your tools.
  • 2-in-1 Squeegee and Scrubber makes the window washing faster and easier.

These are the deep cleaning supplies I mostly use in spring cleaning. I also have my minimalist cleaning supplies for daily and weekly cleaning. If you like homemade cleaner, be sure to hop over there to see what I’m using.

Simple Natural Cleaning

When I clean my home, I always prefer a simple and minimal approach. White vinegar is great for cutting grease and odors. Baking soda helps scrubbing and deodorizing. Lemon is also good at sanitizing a wooden cutting board and cleaning a dirty microwave.

They work very well in most areas of the home. Plus, they are affordable too.
